• Handle recruitment and onboarding process.
• Maintain employee records and documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
• Handle employee grievances and relations.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Support performance appraisal process.

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.

• Good organizational and multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of MS Excel / HR software.
